Long Dirndl in Linz green and soft pink
Long Ausseer Dirndl in the typical Ausseer colours: the bodice of linen is green and the cotton skirt is pink. The colours reflect what the Dirndl stands for symbolically, those of the Ausseerland in the Salzkammergut: the green of the linen bodice – the boning in the bodice creates a slim silhouette – stands for forest and meadow, and the pink of the cotton skirt symbolises the Almröschen (alpine roses). Combined with the Dirndl apron in purple – the colour of the gentian – the Dirndl is enchanting.
